Copying a communication provider routing setup

To copy a communication provider routing setup:
  1. Select Transformation > Configuration > Communication Provider Routing.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to the routing setup.
  3. Click Copy.
  4. Update the required values.
  5. Click Save. A notification displays that the communication provider routing setup has been saved successfully.
