Import Messages
TFSDataManager role is required to enable
users to upload, create, re-validate or delete messages on the Import
Messages page. The capabilities of the TFSDataManager role
are automatic for any users assigned the roles of AE-Administrator or
AE-TFSAdmin.You can click and hold the three-dot icon on the column header and drag the column to the required position.
You can use the option from the menu and personalize (hide or unhide, or reorder the column header to the required position) the columns.
You can reset the columns order to default using the option from the menu.
In cloud environments, you can manually import messages on the Import Messages page. You can use the manual message import to test messages or to import messages that cannot be imported automatically. The Import Messages page includes a list of successfully imported messages and failed message imports. All messages that Transformation processes start in Import Messages. These messages can originate from ION Connector, Communications, Shipping, or be manually imported.
You can edit, correct, and replace the content of messages that could not be
imported and you can delete messages. Additionally, you can upload XML message files into the application.
To search for imported messages, specify filter criteria in the field entries of the required columns.
To view the detail settings, click the button of an imported message.
