Reviewing Archive Configurations for Release Management

The Archive Configuration page is visible only if you have the appropriate user role of AE-SRMArchivalConfig or the Administrator role AE-ArchivalConfigAdmin.

  1. Select Archive Configuration.
  2. Select the Release Management Archive Configuration tab.
  3. Review this information:
    Data Object Name
    The name of the object (for example Plans).
    Data Object Description
    Localized description of the data object.
    Retention Days
    The number of days before the records of this type are purged.
    Archive to Data Lake
    If this data object type is enabled to be archived to Data Lake, this check box is selected to ensure records of this data type are archived prior to being purged.
