Searching plans

On the Plans page, you can use search options to search for specific plans.

To search for plans:

  1. Select Release Management > Plans.
  2. Optionally, to search for referenced requirements, expand Advanced Search and specify a 1. Reference Number. Click Search.
  3. Specify a filter criterion in the field entries of these columns:
    • Customer
    • Customer Name
    • Ship To
    • Ship To Name
    • Message Type
    • Message Subtype
    • Internal Item
    • Customer Item
    • Processing Date
    • Contract
    • Line
    • Plan ID
    • Version
    • Process Status
    • Accounting Entity
    • Internal Status
    • Location
    • Version created by
    • Item Description
    • Effective from Date
    • Effective to Date
    • Person in Charge
    • External Document Number
