Format Files

Note: The TFSDataManager role is required to enable users to create, upload or delete a record on the Format Files page. The capabilities of the TFSDataManager role are automatic for any users assigned the roles of AE-Administrator or AE-TFSAdmin.

On the Format Files page, you can define and use your own tenant-specific format files in transformations.

Format files are defined per transformation rule in the StyleSheetRules code list. In addition to the format files that are delivered by Infor with the standard application, you can define your own format files.
Note: If you upload a custom format file on the Format Files page and the format file name matches that entered in the StyleSheetRules code list, then Transformation uses the custom format file instead of the standard one.
