Configuring the MessageTransformerConfiguration code list

Use this procedure to configure the MessageTransformerConfiguration code list. The purpose of this configuration is to indicate the timing for processing merged messages.
Note: This code list applies when the Message Merge check box is selected on the Partner ID setup page.
  1. Select Master Data > Codes.
  2. Specify MessageTransformerConfiguration in the Name field.
  3. Click Drill Down to open the code list.
  4. Click Edit to update the default row.
  5. In the Header Data section, specify this information:
    Identifier
    The identifier code is Default, as it applies to all messages configured to publish monthly or weekly.
    Short Description
    Specify a short description.
    Description
    Specify a detailed description.
    Effective from Date
    This field shows the first day on which a record or a setting is valid. The settings are valid until the Effective to Date.
    Effective to Date
    This field shows the last day on which a record or a setting is valid. See Effective from Date.
  6. In the Property Values section, specify this information:
    Month Day
    Specify the day of the month for processing merged messages.
    Week Day
    Specify the day of the week for processing merged messages.
