Archive Configuration

On this page, you can view the archive configurations. You can drill down on a configuration data object record to see the details, such as the number of days of retention and the setting for allowing the data object to be archived to Data Lake. The purge and archive feature is supported for Release Management records.
Note: 

The Archive Configuration page is visible only if you have the required user roles. For Release Management, the appropriate user role is AE-SRMArchivalConfig or the Administrator role AE-ArchivalConfigAdmin.

In addition, the purge and archive functionality is supported for records in the Shipping area.

For the Archive Configuration page to be visible for the Shipping area, the required user role is AE-EXMArchivalConfig or the Administrator role AE-ArchivalConfigAdmin.
