Style Sheets

Note: The TFSDataManager role is required to enable users to create, upload or delete a record on the Style Sheets page. The capabilities of the TFSDataManager role are automatic for any users assigned the roles of AE-Administrator or AE-TFSAdmin.

On the Style Sheets page, you can perform these tasks:

  • Check modified style sheets for trading partners in cloud environments. Standard style sheets are included in the Transformation area. These style sheets are delivered by Infor with the standard application.
  • Create modified style sheets for trading partners in cloud environments for a specific tenant.
    • Create a new version of a style sheet. When you modify and save an existing style sheet, the new version is created automatically, and the old version is saved so it can be viewed later. The latest version of the style sheet is the one used during transformations; any previous versions are stored only for reference purposes. There is a limit of 5 versions that can be stored. When a new version is created, the oldest versions are deleted to maintain the maximum of 5 stored versions allowed.
Note: For the Style Sheet Version feature to be available before it is included in the next feature release, you must add the new code list property associated with the feature to the FeatureActivation code list. The code list properties for a feature include the valid Identifier, and effective dates. Navigate to Master Data > Codes and select the FeatureActivation code list; on the Manage Code Properties dialog, specify StyleSheetVersionControl in the Identifier and Short Description fields, as well as the effective dates, to activate this functionality.
  • Edit the style sheet content.
  • Delete style sheets. When you delete a style sheet, any previous versions of that style sheet are deleted as well.

The page shows a list of modified style sheets. The partner hierarchy name, partner ID, and style sheet name for the tenant to which you are currently logged-on to are shown.

To search for style sheets, specify filter criteria in the field entries of the required columns.

To view the details, click the Drill down button of a style sheet.
