Partner ID Details

Note: The TFSDataManager role is required to enable users to edit, create, copy or delete a record a record on the detail view of the Partner IDs page. The capabilities of the TFSDataManager role are automatic for any users assigned the roles of AE-Administrator or AE-TFSAdmin.

On this page, you can create, edit, copy, and delete partner ID setups.

The detail view of the Partner IDs page provides detailed information of the selected partner ID setup:

  • Check the upper-part of the page that shows the header information of the partner ID setup.
  • Check the notes on the partner ID setup.
  • Check and define EDI parameters, separators, sender and receiver IDs, and ISA or UNB qualifiers of the trading partner.
  • At the bottom of the page, the Internal/External Partner Mapping lines are shown. Check and define the mapping of target and source values and the type of assignment for incoming and outgoing messages of trading partners.
