Using the Remove Requirements Page
- Go to Release Management > Administrative Functions > Remove Requirements.
- Click the file picker and select the CSV file. Each line in the file is validated for required fields and formatting.
- Select the Test Mode check box to run a count-only operation. The system displays the number of affected demands and plans without applying any updates.

Click Process File. A progress bar
displays the processing status. The system updates the referenced Demands from
the CSV by setting the Shipped quantity equal to the Demand quantity (i.e., the
demands are set to Fully Shipped).
Note:
- A confirmation message is displayed before the processing is initiated if not using Test Mode.
- The process aborts if it runs longer than 10 minutes.

Review the log which displays the result of each line that is processed. The
log data displays:
- Information about the demand lines that are not processed and the reason for the failure.
- Warning messages to indicate invalid CSV lines that are not part of the processing, including the reasons for failure.
- Lines that are successfully processed display the number of Demands affected.
Note: You can download the logs using the Export option.
