Exporting print requests

Print requests that are passed from the Printing Service to the On-Premises Print Agent and InterFormNG are sometimes needed for analysis and testing. Testing of print requests can be performed, for example, in the test environment of the application user. This function enables you to export complete print requests in XML format including header and body information. The print requests are exported to your local computer.

To export print requests:

  1. Select Printing > Print Jobs.
  2. Select one or more print jobs from the list or click the Drill down button of a print job.
  3. Click Export.
    A notification displays that the print job has been downloaded. Multiple selected print jobs are downloaded in a zip file.
