Canceling an ASN for Master Shipments

Note: To make the ASN Cancellation button active on the Master Shipment page: Select the check box ASN Cancellation Supported in the code list Customers for the customers of all the assigned shippers.

To perform the ASN cancellation function:

  1. Select Shipping > Master Shipments.
  2. To search for master shipments, use the filter function of the Column Filter Bar.
  3. Select filter criteria from the drop-down lists for any required columns.
  4. Click Drill down for the desired master shipment to open the master shipment details on the Master Shipment page.
  5. On the Assigned Shippers tab, click ASN Cancellation.
