ASN Cancellation and Replacement for Master Shipments

On the Master Shipment page, there are two buttons, ASN Cancellation and ASN Replacement in the detail view. These options enable the cancellation or replacement of all shippers that are assigned to the master shipment. An updated ASN (status Canceled or Replaced) is published for all assigned shippers.

To make these buttons active, the check box ASN Cancellation Supported in the code list Customers must be selected for the customers of all the assigned shippers.
