Shipment Schedule Details
On this page, you can perform these actions:
- Manually create plans for new contract lines.
- Create a new requirement situation if the current single plan does not fit your requirements.
- Modify the current requirement situation and edit the order lines of the single plan as required.
- Define or update the Calculation Date to
determine which requirements are included in the single plan.Note: The calculation date logic applies only to single plans for which the calculation date setting has been defined as Delete all Requirements before Calculation Date on the Requirement Consolidation Rules page.
You can review detailed information of the associated plans:
- In the upper-part of the page, you can check the contract information.
- To check the shipments, click Shipment History opens. The dialog box shows a list of the documented shipments that are sent to the customer and of the inventory consumption messages. Inventory consumption messages are included, if an internal or external logistics service provider is involved. The packing slip number, status, type, packing slip date, shipped and confirmed quantities, and the confirmation date of the shipments are shown. . The dialog box
- To check the CUM information of the current plan and the CUM history, click CUMs opens. The dialog box shows the current CUM information of the single plan. In the table at the bottom of the dialog box, the CUM history is shown. The CUM history is a list of the documented CUMs that are received from the customer. The CUM log date, the type of CUM change, the CUM field that is updated, and the logged new and old CUMs are shown. . The dialog box
- To check the shipment schedules of the single plan, click the Shipment Schedule tab. The message subtype, the version, the model year, the usage, the processing date, the unit of measure, and the delivery interval are shown. Review and check the details about the cumulative quantities, the release orders, and the trading partner. At the bottom of the Shipment Schedule tab, check the order lines of the single plan.
- To check the combined plan, click the Combined Plan tab. The combined plan represents the effective net requirement situation for a contract line. You can check the plan version, the processing date, the current received quantity, the current shipped quantity, and the in-transit quantity that are shown. Review and check the details of the cumulative quantities, the release orders, and the trading partner. At the bottom of the Combined Plan tab, check the order lines of the combined plan: shipment schedules and planning schedules.
- To check the shipments that are confirmed by the trading partner, click the Confirmed Shipments tab.
