Configuring the printing of multiple waybills

You can configure the WaybillTypes code list to allow the printing of more than one waybill for a shipper.

To configure the WaybillTypes code list:

  1. Select Master Data > Codes.
  2. Specify WaybillTypes in the search field.
  3. Click Drill down.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Create in the Code List Properties section.
  6. On the Code Properties window, specify the names of the waybill types, the short descriptions, the Effective from Date, and the Effective to Date.
    Example: Name: CMR, GALIA
  7. Select Print per Shipper as Waybill Printing Mode.
    The specified waybills are printed according to their waybill printing mode. This enables the system, for example, to print one waybill type per shipper and the other waybill type per shipment.
