Manually importing CUM data

You can manually import shipped CUM data for active plans in Release Management. The import functionality reads a .csv file that contains shipped CUM data and plan fields. The plan fields are used to retrieve the current single plan. The shipped CUM data are used to update the single plan and to publish a new plan. The data of the import file must correspond with the current schedule situation of the imported plans.

Note: The code list JobCUMImporter is used to configure the CUM import.

To manually import CUM data for an active plan:

  1. Select Release Management > Plans.
  2. Click Import CUM.
  3. In the Import CUM dialog box, select a .csv file that contains the correct shipped CUM data and plan field data.
  4. To start the CUM import, click OK.
