Delete Unprocessed Plans

On the Delete Unprocessed Plans page, define the parameters for the unprocessed plans to be deleted from the system. Access to this functionality is restricted to application users who have the assigned role of SRMDeleteUnPlans in Release Management.

To process the deletion and export of unprocessed plans, perform these tasks:

• Select an accounting entity.
• Optionally, select a customer in the defined accounting entity.
• Specify a date to delete unprocessed plans in the On or Before Processing Date field.
• Click Export to export the selected unprocessed plans to a csv file.
• Click Delete to perform the permanent deletion of the unprocessed plans.
