Deleting inbound files

On the Inbound Files page, you can delete inbound EDI messages that the Communication Service received from external trading partners.

To delete inbound files:

  1. Select Communications > Inbound Files.
  2. Select one or more inbound files from the list
  3. Click Delete.
  4. To confirm that you want to delete the selected inbound files, click OK when prompted.
