Deleting outbound files

On the Outbound Files page, you can delete outbound EDI messages that the Communication Service has sent to external trading partners.

To delete outbound files:

  1. Select Communications > Outbound Files.
  2. Select one or more outbound files from the list
  3. Click Delete.
  4. To confirm that you want to delete the selected outbound files, click OK when prompted.
