Replacing an ASN

  1. Select Shipping > Shippers.
  2. To search for shippers, use the filter function of the Column Filter Bar.
  3. Select filter criteria from the drop-down lists for any required columns:
  4. In the Customer field, specify the customer number for shippers you want to search.
  5. Specify any other search terms to display a filtered list of shippers. Click the grid filtering button.
  6. Click Drill down for the desired shipper to open the shipper details on the Shipper page.
  7. On the Shipments tab, select all of the shipments in the shipper for ASN replacements.

    Generally, there is only one shipment per shipper for the affected trading partners.

    Note: You must select all shipments in the shipper.
  8. Click ASN Replacement.
