Exporting configurations

You can export the data configurations of your environment to a JSON file in the export folder. Use the export file to import the data to a different environment. For example, migrate the partner ID data from the test environment to the production environment.

You can filter the data configurations to export by accounting entity. The export file contains header data and the mapping data of internal and external codes.

To export configurations:

  1. Select Transformation > Configuration > Export Configurations.
  2. Specify this information:
    Accounting Entity
Click the Lookup button of the field and select one or multiple accounting entities from the list. The accounting entity is, for example, the identification for a company. If you select special accounting entities, the data that is stored for the selected accounting entities is exported. If you do not select an accounting entity, all data is exported to the JSON export file.
Note: The export file is stored in the default browser location, your Downloads folder.
  3. To export the data configurations, click Export.
The statuses of the exported data configurations are shown in the Log Entries table.
