Plan notes handling
The plan notes handling depends on how new plan versions are created in :
- Plan import: A text message is intended for a specific document ID of
release orders. Thus, existing plan notes are removed from a plan if the document ID
(External Document Number) of
the new plan differs from the current one.
If the new plan has the same document ID, for example, in case of a manually created new plan version or a message revalidation in , the existing plan notes from the current combined plan are transferred to the new combined plan.
If the new combined plan does not contain notes, in an exceptional situation that the text message was imported before to the plan import, the text message with a matching document ID is taken (fixed time range of 2 days) and stored in combined plan. If the status of the text message is Failed, it is set to Processed. All other original status values are not changed.
- Shipment / consumption processing: If a new plan is created, because a shipment / consumption is processed, the existing plan notes from the current combined plan are transferred to the new combined plan.
