Revalidating a partially sequenced plan

On the Unprocessed Plans page, you can search for partially sequenced unprocessed plans with exception status Pending. You can manually revalidate these plans. A partially sequenced unprocessed plan is a sequence schedule that contains at least one requirement in an order line completed by the sequencing data. The other order lines are still not completed by the sequencing data of a sequential call-off.

To search for and revalidate a partially sequenced plan:

  1. Select Release Management > Unprocessed Plans.
  2. Select Partially Sequenced from the Sequence Status column.

Pending unprocessed plans including order lines completed by sequencing data that have not been processed since the last 10 minutes are shown.

Note: To avoid the revalidation of pending partially sequenced plans, you can specify a delay in minutes in the code list SequencePartlySequencedWaitTime in the Master Data. The default value is 10 minutes delay.
  3. Click the Drill down button of an unprocessed plan, to display the detail view of the Unprocessed Plans page.
The check box of the Sequence Data column is selected, if order lines are completed by the sequencing data of a sequential call-off.
  4. Click the More icon and select Revalidate.
The unprocessed plan is processed and the sequenced requirements are published. The unsequenced requirements remain in the pending unprocessed plan.
