Plan Details

On this page, you can review the details of the requirements of the single plans that are assigned to a contract line.

You can review these plan details:

  • In the upper-part of the page, you can check the contract information.
  • To check the shipments, click View Shipments. The dialog box Shipment History opens. The dialog box shows a list of the documented shipments that are sent to the customer and of the inventory consumption messages. Inventory consumption messages are included, if an internal or external logistics service provider is involved. The packing slip number, status, type, packing slip date, shipped and confirmed quantities, and the confirmation date of the shipments are shown.
  • To check the CUM information of the current plan and the CUM history, click View CUMs. The dialog box CUMs opens. The dialog box shows the current CUM situation. In the table at the bottom of the dialog box, the CUM history is shown. The CUM history is a list of the documented CUMs that are received from the customer. The CUM log date, the type of CUM change, the CUM field that is updated, and the logged new and old CUMs are shown.
  • To check the combined plan that represents the effective net requirement situation of a contract line, click the Combined Plan tab. You can check the version, the processing date, the current received quantity, the current shipped quantity, the CUM difference, and the in-transit quantity. View and check the details of the cumulative quantities, the release orders, and the trading partner. At the bottom of the Combined Plan tab, check the order lines of the combined plan: shipment schedules and planning schedules.
  • To check the planning schedules of the single plan, click the Planning Schedule tab. The message subtype is always Default for a planning schedule. The version, the model year, the usage, the processing date, and the delivery interval are shown. View and check the details of the cumulative quantities, the release orders, and the trading partner. At the bottom of the Planning Schedule tab, check the order lines of the single plan.
  • To check the field information for the shipment schedules of the single plan, click the Shipment Schedule tab. At the bottom of the Shipment Schedule tab, check the order lines of the single plan.
  • To check the comments about the plan changes, the date, the author, and a short description of the modifications, click the Notes tab.
  • To check the comparison between the requirements of the previous and the new single plans of a message type, click the Compare Release tab. You can view the differences between the two versions of the single plans at first sight. The view helps you to understand the consequences on the supply process. The release order that leads to the last version of the combined plan is compared with its predecessor of the same message type. You can view the message type of the release order that caused the creation of the last combined plan on the Plans page.
