Activating the ItemMaster BOD import

You activate the automatic ItemMaster BOD import from the ERP system in the ImportMasterData code list.

Note: If the automatic BOD import is enabled, the creation of item master data is not allowed.

To activate the ItemMaster BOD import:

  1. Select Administrative Functions > Manage Codes.
  2. Click the Drill down button of the ImportMasterData code list.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Code List Properties, click the Drill down button of the entry ItemMaster.
  5. Select the Active check box and click OK.
  6. To save the list of codes, click Save.
    A notification displays that the code list has been saved successfully.
