Specifying the exchange folder

Use this procedure to configure the default exchange folder.

  1. Select Administrative Functions > Manage Codes.
  2. Click the Drill down button to the left of the CarrierExchangeFolders code.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Code List Properties section, click Drill down next to the selected code line to edit the default variant of the interface type.
  5. Specify this information:
    Exchange Folder
    Specify the default exchange folder, for example, C:\DPD\Exchange.
  6. Optionally, specify the hierarchy data for the default exchange folder.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Save.
