Editing and manually processing a sequential call-off

Sometimes a sequential call-off cannot be imported automatically because of incorrect or missing sequencing data. You can edit a sequential call-off that cannot be assigned automatically to a pending sequence schedule on the Manage Unprocessed Plans page. If the problem is solved, you can manually process again the sequential call-off.

To edit and manually process a sequential call-off:

  1. Select Release Management > Manage Sequential Call-Offs.
  2. Click the Drill down button of a sequential call-off, to display the detail view of the Manage Sequential Call-Offs page.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Specify the sequencing information as required.
  5. To save the sequential call-off, click Save.
    A notification displays that the sequential call-off has been saved successfully.
  6. To process the sequential call-off, click Process Sequential Call-Off.
    The sequential call-off is processed and the Version number is incremented by one.
