Specifying a service variant for a carrier interface

Use this procedure to specify a default service variant for a carrier interface.

Note: The service variant for the interface type is defined in the CarrierVariants<type> code list, for example, CarrierVariantsDPD.
  1. Select Administrative Functions > Manage Codes.
  2. Click the Drill down button to the left of the CarrierInterfaceTypes code.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Drill down for the selected code line.
  5. Specify this information:
    Default Service Variant
    Specify your default service variant.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save.
